Please read and understand our store’s returns and exchange policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions to this.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our return policy covers all regular-priced items and is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns are only accepted for defective items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.

We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular-priced items beyond the stipulated time period.

Return postage costs are to be borne by the buyer and are non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as an exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out of stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the provided bank account, within 21 business days.

We do not entertain a change of mind as a reason for a return or refund.

When we write an email to you to understand your dispute request but didn’t get any reply, we will take that as a withdrawal of the dispute and will tell your bank issuer as such.

Note: If you do not receive your refund after 21 business days, please contact us.

EXCHANGE POLICY

By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. In the event that the item is out of stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item or receive a refund on the purchase (if the refund policy below is met). For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.

On a case-by-case basis, we may favourably consider your request to exchange an item. If an exchange is accepted, please note that a postage and handling fee will be charged to cover the postage and administrative aspects of the return.
